The Industrial Tribunal may consist of one or more members who are appointed by the central government or by the appropriate government as the case may be . औद्योगिक अधिकरण में एक या एक से अधिक सदस्य हो सकते हैं जिनकी नियुक्ति , यथास्थिति , केंद्र सरकार अथवा समुचित सरकार द्वारा की जाती है .

Where an industrial dispute affecting any banking or insurance company is referred to the Tribunal , one of the members , in the opinion of the central government or appropriate government , should possess special knowledge of banking or insurance as the case may be . यदि किसी बैंकिंग अथवा बीमा कंपनी को प्रभावित करने वाला कोई विवाद अधिकरण को सौंपा गया है तो , केंद्र सरकार अथवा समुचित सरकार के मतानुसार , एक सदस्य को यथास्थिति बैंकिंग अथवा बीमा की विशेष जानकारी होनी चाहिए .

The Industrial Tribunal -LRB- under the Industrial Disputes Act 1947 -RRB- is constituted by the central government if an industrial dispute relates or in any way concerns the central government , but where the Government of India has no . such direct interest , the Tribunal may be constituted by the appropriate government , that is , the state government . औद्योगिक अधिकरण यदि किसी औद्योगिक विवाद का संबंध या किसी रूप में सरोकार केंद्र सरकार से है तो औद्योगिक अधिकरण ( औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम , 1947 के अधीन ) का गठन केंद्र सरकार करती है , किंतु जहां भारत सरकार का ऐसा कोई प्रत्यक्ष Zहित नहीं है वहां अधिकरण का गठन समुचित सरकार अर्थात राज़्य सरकार द्वारा किया जा सकता है .
